New Potatoes

Loaded a glaze kiln this morning and dug some "New" potatoes for supper. They will be quartered and rolled in fresh dried herbs and parmesan cheese then roasted in the oven.

Must be nice to live in the warmer part of the US. I just got my tomatoes, eggplant, jalapenos and tomatillos in about 15 minutes ago. Good-looking potatoes.

Thanks Hollis,Tomatoes ripening will be ready next week. Already getting Squash, Zuccini, Peppers and lettuce.
Our problem is heat. It's tough to grow a garden through the summer. Fall is our best season for growing.

What are the dark coloured potatoes?

The dark potatoes are Blue Aztec potatoes. They taste about the same as red or white potatoes.
